Chaitra Navratri 2024 Day 4 Maa Kushmanda Puja: Navratri time is considered the best time to worship the nine forms of Goddess Durga. The seeker who worships the Mother with full devotion, attains all four Purusharthas (Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha).
Chaitra Navratri has started on 09 April 2024 and Goddess Kushmanda will be worshiped on the fourth day of Navratri i.e. Friday 12 April. The presiding deity of the fourth day of Navratri is Goddess Kushmanda. Mother’s form is very amazing and unique. He has eight arms, in which he holds Kamandal, bow and arrow, lotus, nectar pot, chakra and mace. In the eighth hand of this Ashtabhuja Mata, there is a rosary for chanting siddhis and nidhis. His rider is a lion.
She is the goddess who created the universe. When nothing existed then Kushmanda Devi had created this universe with her laughter. Kushmanda is also called pumpkin. The goddess loves the sacrifice of pumpkin. His mantra is as follows: –
Surasampoorna Kalashna Rudhiraplutmeva Ch. Dadhana Hastapadmabhyan Kushmanda Shubhadaastu.
Their dazzling light gives them the ability to reside in the sun world. No one else is so fast. These are incomparable. All directions and the universe are influenced by their aura. By worshiping them man gets relief from all kinds of pain, sorrow and suffering. By worshiping him day and night, a person can experience his aura himself. He brings us happiness, prosperity and fame. Mother Goddess soon becomes pleased with the worship of her devotee.
The attainment of happiness from this world (this world) to that world (that world) comes through their compassion. According to Devi Purana, 4 unmarried girls should be fed on this day. According to beliefs, women wear green clothes on this day. Green is considered to be the color of nature. According to Brahma Vavartav Purana Prakriti Khand Chapter One, Bhagwati Prakriti takes various forms at the request of the devotees or to bestow their blessings on them.
